2018
The laboratory won the award for Best Use of IPS e.max, in a joint entry with Ian McInnes, and Wayne Flack was named Best Dental Technician. It followed the laboratory's success the year before, when it was named Best Implant Laboratory.
2017
The laboratory picked up the award for best implant laboratory at the UK Laboratory Awards, held at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London. The Laboratory Awards, run each year to reward technical excellence in dentistry, draw entries from across the UK. Wayne Flack, the laboratory's technical director, was also runner-up in the Best Dental Technician category.
We entered the best dental implant category because dental implant work is right at the very top in terms of technical complexity in the dental technology world.
We are really thankful to the highly-skilled dentists and specialist clinicians who trust us with their laboratory work and are prepared to go the extra mile and communicate with us to the extent needed to produce great outcomes for each patient.

2010
Wayne Flack was presented with the award for Best Aesthetic Implant Technician at the UK 2010 Smile Awards, held in London on Saturday 27 March 2010. The Smile Awards draw entries from highly skilled dentists and dental technicians across the UK, and this category is considered one of the most challenging, because it demands a rare combination of highly developed technical and artistic skills. The independent judging panel included many renowned names in UK dentistry.
Dentists and patients who have worked with Wayne know how passionate he is about his work, and the award was worthy recognition of his professionalism and skill.
